Class Description:
Alexei Borovik teaches ballet in the traditional Russian and Balanchine style. Useful to dancers of all genres, Alexei's instructional approach will help improve strength, body alignment and flexibility, as well as providing overall physical conditioning.
Through the practice of essential ballet techniques and vocabulary, the class will also offer dancers a chance to broaden their range of movement, while increasing the body's physical and expressive boundaries.
