$22/hr (for theater groups and for-profit companies)

FACILITIES AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK AND INCLUDE:

2 raised platform stages:
Studio A is 38' wide by 36' deep
Studio B is 41' wide by 32' deep.

Mirrors and 3 eight foot portable barres
Kimball Vienna Series Grand Piano
Full sound system including CD player, DVD player, VCR, tape deck, large screen TV
5 restrooms with 3 showers, men and women’s changing areas
Hospitality area with small kitchen (including dishwasher and refrigerator)
100 mobile chairs, 4 six feet folding tables
3 rows of risers, seating 93
Full repertoire light plot
Video project and cyc

PLEASE NOTE:

A signed agreement and payment in full is due PRIOR to rental of the space.
The Performance Garage now requires a $25 key deposit.
Cancellation Fees: In order for a full refund, all cancellations should be must be made at least 1 week in advance. In order to receive a partial refund, all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

The Performance Garage is an official part of Avenue of the Arts North and is located at 1515 Brandywine Street, just one block north of Spring Garden Street, between 15th & 16th Streets.
