Biographies

Benjamin Wegman return

Benjamin Wegman began his training under Laurie Merriman and the
Orchesis Dance Ensemble and continued on to Point Park University.
While at Point Park, Ben had the opportunity to work with and perform
in the works of Margot Sappington, Peter Dimuro, Dawn Stoppiello, Doug Varone, Harrison McEldowney and Robert Battle. Ben has worked with the Pillowproject Dance Company in Pittsburgh as well as Junction Dance Theatre of Philadelphia and Troika Ranch of NYC.

In addition to working with Jeanne Ruddy Dance, Ben is an adjunct artist with the Liz Lerman Dance Exchange of Washington D.C. and is currently working on the Dance Theatre Workshop premiere of Keith Thompson's new performance group, danceTactics as well as working with local choreographers Susannah Newman and Myra Bazell.
