Victor F. Keenreturn

Victor Keen [Vice President and Treasurer] is currently Of-Counsel at Duane Morris LLP, former chair of its tax practice group and a member of the Partnerships and the Real Estate Committees of the American Bar Association Tax Section. He is also active as a member of the boards of two publicly-traded high tech companies and in managing a real estate portfolio in New York City.

Victor has been an enthusiastic supporter of Jeanne Ruddy Dance and a member of its board since its inception. He is also a member of the Spring Garden Civic Association.

Victor is a graduate of Trinity College and Harvard Law School.
