Gordon Danielsreturn

M. Gordon Daniels, Esquire is Chief Executive Officer of Land Services USA, Inc. in Philadelphia and West Chester, Pennsylvania.  Land Services USA coordinates title and other real estate related services for single-site and multi-site commercial transactions nationwide for clients that include commercial and industrial developers, residential developers, institutional lenders and real estate investment trusts.

Mr. Daniels formed Land Services USA, Inc. in February 2005.  In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Daniels is responsible for underwriting complex title matters and overseeing underwriter's accuracy. 

Previously, he served as Vice President and Commercial Manager of a major national title insurer's National Division.  Prior to that, he served in various legal positions including Local Underwriting Counsel, Claims Counsel and Senior National Title Services Counsel for a Philadelphia based national title insurance underwriter.  He has 20 years of industry related experience.

Mr. Daniels has been a frequent lecturer and panelist on commercial title insurance and real estate related topics.  He serves on the Board for the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties as well as a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and the Urban Land Institute.  He was a recent recipient of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties Greater Philadelphia Award.  In addition to participating in real estate associations, Mr. Daniels was recently chosen as a "2007 Super Lawyer" by Philadelphia Magazine.  He serves on the Board for the Jeanne Ruddy Dance Company and has served on of the Chadds Ford Township Planning Commission.  

Mr. Daniels graduated from the University of Delaware, with a B.A. degree and from the University of Baltimore School of Law, with a J.D. degree.  He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.

Mr. Daniels resides in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania with his wife, Carolyn and their four children.
